What is KIM?

KIM is a tool specifically designed to support the recruitment process. It has been used with great success for recruiting software developers, since this is our area of expertise, but is, however, not limited to that industry. It is also not limited to hiring personnel, but can also be used when hiring consultants etc.

To use KIM, one must first assess the desired skills of the person to recruit. Out of our large question database, questions can be choosen from different categories with different difficult level to form an exam. Should the existing questions not be sufficient, a user friendly tool can assist you to define additional questions.

A number of exam takers, which may or may not be anonymous, are then invited to take the exam.

This can be done remotely as a step in identifying good candidates for your recruitment. The results of all exams are analyzed using the state of the art user friendly interfaces. Good candidates for the recruitment are identified, and a measure of all candidates' performances is provided.

Bad candidates, which did not pass the test, are easy to decline - and they understand why. Good candidates are interviewed for social and other skills using ordinary Human Resources techniques.
